We are Carlsberg Byen’s luxury bistro, where classic French craftsmanship meets Nordic purity and Japanese precision. Here, it’s all about flavor in full bloom.
We call it green hedonism: a kitchen where seasonal produce and respect for nature go hand in hand with everything you dream of when it comes to indulgence.
FLAVOUR FIRST
For us, extravagance is both lobster and craftsmanship, both oysters and organic vegetables, both caviar and potatoes — naturally enriched with plenty of butter, cream, and a wholehearted love of indulgence. All of it served in relaxed, comfortable surroundings, with time to truly take in the experience.

But the freedom to choose for yourself is what makes us truly unique. We are that place with a certain atmosphere — where you can settle in and enjoy a glass and a single dish, or immerse yourself in an entire evening that feels like pure abundance. The choice is yours.
Our menu features 10–12 ever-changing dishes in different sizes, and you decide whether to enjoy three courses or go all in.

We are located in the heart of Carlsberg Byen — right on the historic square meters where the Carlsberg spring once flowed and the foundation of Denmark’s beer culture was laid.
