Make the last night of the year truly special with New Year’s Eve at Paula.
Normally, guests can choose freely from the menu, but on this evening the kitchen has prepared a luxurious five-course menu featuring the very best dishes from Paula’s first year.

The evening begins with crisp snacks and a glass of Champagne or Sparkling Tea before the kitchen sets sail with five exquisite courses. Each dish is paired with carefully selected drinks – choose between a classic wine pairing, an exclusive wine pairing featuring rare bottles from our cellar, or a non-alcoholic pairing with the finest wine proxies on the market.
