Our menu is based on sustainably caught Danish and Nordic seafood, organic Danish vegetables, and wild game – never farmed meat.
The ever-changing menu is shaped by the seasons and our close collaboration with small, local producers.
MEET HEAD CHEF STEFAN HANSEN
With experience from Michelin-starred restaurants like Kong Hans Kælder and Frederiksminde, head chef Stefan Hansen brings his craft to a more informal setting.
In Stefan’s kitchen, flavour, ingredient quality, and technique always come first.
