CHEF COLLABORATION AT PAULA
On the 28th of March, Head Chef Stefan Hansen welcomes Arthur Kazaritski of Geranium and Simon Juel Petersen of Falsled Kro to PAULA. Three distinct voices in Danish gastronomy, brought together by a shared respect for the ingredient, precision, and the uncompromising craft behind every dish.

Each chef will present two courses that reflect their personal approach and signature — six courses in total, composed as a complete experience where different expressions meet in a shared rhythm.
