A wild night at Paula
On Saturday the 13th of December you are invited to a very special evening at Paula, when we put freshly hunted Danish game at the centre. We are, after all, also a game restaurant — and we believe game is an underrated ingredient; the flavours are deep and pure, and the animals live freely in nature with the highest possible animal welfare. This gives us some of the healthiest and most sustainable meat available.

Game is tradition, season and flavour — so join us as we honour it through a 5-course menu with snacks, cheese and petits fours, accompanied by a wine pairing featuring rare treasures from the cellar.

Make the last night of the year truly special with New Year’s Eve at Paula.
Normally, guests can choose freely from the menu, but on this evening the kitchen has prepared a luxurious five-course menu featuring the very best dishes from Paula’s first year.

The evening begins with crisp snacks and a glass of Champagne or Sparkling Tea before the kitchen sets sail with five exquisite courses. Each dish is paired with carefully selected drinks – choose between a classic wine pairing, an exclusive wine pairing featuring rare bottles from our cellar, or a non-alcoholic pairing with the finest wine proxies on the market.
