At Paula, we combine classic French craftsmanship with Nordic purity and Japanese precision. Here, it’s all about flavor in full bloom, with a menu built around gently sourced fish and seafood, Danish game, and seasonal vegetables. We call it green hedonism: a cuisine where the season’s finest ingredients and respect for nature go hand in hand with everything you dream of indulging yourself with.

We exist for you — not the other way around. That’s why we’ve left the long tasting menus and formal atmosphere behind. At Paula, it’s your desire and appetite that set the course for the evening.
The evening is yours, and you decide entirely how and how much. You are free to compose your own menu of 3 or 5 courses, selecting from our ever-changing à la carte offerings.
A DINING BAR AND SUNNY TERRACE
In addition to our dining tables, you can also sit at the chef’s bar — the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and a few smaller dishes from the menu while watching the chefs at work. The atmosphere is relaxed, the kitchen is open, and conversation flows easily.
When the weather allows, life moves outside to the terrace — with views over Carl Jacobsen’s Garden.
